We need a united Church, a strong Church - A life-giving Church!
We're in a hurting world, where people are starving to feel understood, affirmed, or supported. At the same time they feel terrified to even just understand others. Perhaps you have felt this way.

What if we can help that? What if it's God's will for you to take part in this story of bringing connection and relief to others.

Ministries need revitalizing - clergy need support, and someone out there is wondering whether they will even get invited for Christmas Dinner. The heartbreak is real, and it's felt throughout.
Setting up the first meeting:
Step 1: Quick Discernment
Step 2: Encourage Meeting
Step 3: Text Introduction
Think of someone who is either a ministry leader, parish staff member, priest, or individual who is looking to make a major change. The issues ATS addresses are wide: recruitment, retention, inspiring leaders, evangelization (from ordinary all the way to impossible), team strengthening, sales, catechists (getting reticent parents/students excited) etc. The key question is, who do I know is in a leadership position or that has a goal?

If you'd like help in determining who would be a great first contact, feel free to text Jose directly at (805) 738-2265.

The next step is to encourage them to have a three way meeting. Usually saying something like, "there's someone I met that could help you with ABC thing, would you like all of us to have a quick call", is perfect! In case you'd like help, here is a text/email template. If you are going to see them in-person today or tomorrow, ask then! If it's going to be a day or two, then send them a text/email.
Hi (fill in the blank), hope all is well! I just met someone very interesting that can support your goals for (fill in the blank). He's worked with many parishes and organizations, and he is thrilled to connect. What would it take for the three of us to meet over a quick call?

Recall that they may want additional information. We have great videos & podcasts here that you may want to send if there is back and forth texting with them.
Now we are at the exciting part: They said yes! Send a three way text introduction. Jose's phone number is (805) 738-2265, and his email is Jose@startattheservice.com. Jose will take care of setting up the meeting logistics. Feel free to use the following template for texts and emails:
Hi (fill in the blank), very excited for all of us to meet to discuss serving ABC. As mentioned, Jose is included in this chat. Jose, is there anything we need to do?

After getting the text, I will ask for email addresses to send the calendar invite and settle down a time. Some potential partners have secretaries or others who manage their calendar. In this case, being introduced to them is best.
